John Henry Parker
Team Communication Consultant
John has been in the field of personal, professional, transformation, and leadership development for over 25 years and has worked with and for many best-selling authors and thought leaders such as Anthony Robbins, Tom Hopkins, and Jim Rohn. He has facilitated over 10,000 behavioral assessments and has developed and delivered sales, sales management, and mentoring training inside large and small client companies such as Siemens, GE, ConMed/Linvatec, and Management Recruiters International.
Upon his son Danny’s challenging return and transition from two tours in Afghanistan, John Henry began developing a peer mentoring/career transition program for other Veterans based on their own difficulties and experiences securing employment, communicating, or assimilating effectively into the civilian corporate or departmental team culture. For over 10 years, this model has continued to be refined and presented to returning Veterans with a very high acceptance rate, practicality, and relevance.
John Henry is deeply committed to helping Veterans and their families as they transition from military to civilian life.
He is a former peacetime Marine, the son of a Korean War Marine Combat Veteran, and Gold Star Father of a Purple Heart Recipient, and Army Combat Veteran of two deployments to Afghanistan with the 10th Mountain Division.
